Virtual training offers the convenience and flexibility of working out from the comfort of your own home while still receiving expert guidance and support. At Chakra Seven Wellness, I offer virtual training options for clients who prefer to exercise remotely or are unable to attend in-person sessions. Our virtual sessions are conducted via video call, allowing you to connect with me in real-time and receive personalized instruction tailored to your goals and fitness level. While virtual training can be effective on its own, I recommend scheduling at least one in-person session per week for optimal support and form correction. This ensures that you have access to hands-on guidance and support, especially when learning new exercises or techniques. Whether you choose virtual or in-person training, you'll receive the same high level of personalized attention and support to help you achieve your wellness goals.

Yoga Guidance & Instruction
Experience the healing benefits of yoga asanas combined with breathwork through private sessions. A regular yoga practice helps to reduce stress, promote flexibility, and restore balance to the chakras or energy centers within the body. Corrective Exercise Therapy
If you have experienced a painful injury, condition, or physical limitation without resolution, my biomechanical correction/ corrective exercise sessions guide individuals through therapeutic exercises that promote stability, mobility and improved quality of life from debilitating injuries, conditions, and surgeries. No longer do you have to accept pain, discomfort and difficulty performing everyday tasks, as we will find the root cause of the physical problem, correcting movement from the core. Injuries may include but are not limited to back, hip, ankle, shoulder and knee injuries, arthritis, neurological conditions, and surgical procedures.

My wellness realignment program offers a holistic approach to health and well-being, addressing the interconnected aspects of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
