  • For packages with a monthly payment plan option, you’ll pay a $250 deposit upfront in the first month. The remaining balance is divided equally across the subsequent months and is due at the start of each month.

  • You’ll have till the end of your agreement to use all sessions. This timeframe helps ensure consistency and steady progress toward your goals. It’s a great way to stay committed and motivated, so you get the most out of your training experience.

  • I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I’m happy to offer each client one “no-questions-asked” pass for a last-minute cancellation. However, please note that cancellations without a valid reason—such as feeling tired, sore, or simply wanting to reschedule at the last minute—will result in the forfeiture of that session’s payment. After using the one pass, any future cancellations without a valid reason will also be forfeited. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a consistent and fair schedule for everyone.
