IGNITE Virtual Class

When: Thursdays 7:30 - 8:45 pm EST

Where: Virtual (via Zoom)

Ignite is more than just a workout—it’s a dynamic blend of bodyweight movement and sensual dance that combines strength-building with creative expression. Each class is designed to elevate your heart rate, tone your body, and have you feeling like your most radiant self.

Movements are broken down in every class, ensuring you feel confident and capable as you flow through this embodiment practice. Ignite is where strength meets sensuality, helping you feel strong, sexy, and empowered.

    • Building strength, toning muscles, and feeling radiant inside and out.

    • Embracing movement as a way to feel confident, sexy, and strong.

    • Mixing fitness with fun and creative self-expression.

    • Best for women who are not limited by injury or mobility

    • Movement modifications will be offered throughout class

    • 2 and /OR 5, 8, 10 lbs dumbbells (or household items like water bottles).

    • A sturdy chair for movement support.

    • Booty Resistance band (optional).

    • Water to stay hydrated.

    • Wear something that makes you feel sexy and free:

      • Flowy and comfortable, or tight and form-fitting—whatever helps you feel empowered to move (no shoes necessary)

Total Body Workout Small Group Class

When: Saturdays 8:30 - 9:30 am

Where: Chakra Seven Wellness

This weekly small group class (3 people) encompasses a variety of aerobic, strength and functional training exercises, working your entire body and burning up to 600 calories per class. This class is designed for individuals who are seeking to reduce body fat, build muscle or simply become healthier. With the small group class environment, participants are able to still have the attention on them while training, as they benefit from the energetic class environment.

    • Building strength, reducing body fat, improving overall fitness

    • Improving exercise knowledge and form

    • Individuals who feel more comfortable in smaller groups

    • Those seeking exercise variety in a fun and upbeat environment

    • Movement modifications will be offered throughout class

    • Water to stay hydrated

    • Towels are provided

    • Yoga mats are provided

    • Workout clothing and sneakers

Class Pricing & Policies

  • Single drop-in class $28

  • Monthly class package (4 classes) $88/ month ($22 per class)

  • Combo class pack (8 classes of IGNITE and small group) $136 ($17 per class)

  • All classes purchased monthly must be used by the end of the month and may not be carried over to the next month
